Do you want to work in a socially important organization where you make a concrete difference every day? We are now looking for an independent and structured consultant to strengthen our water and wastewater operations and ensure progress in both projects and ongoing matters.

This is an operational and administrative assignment focused on digital water meters, case management, and regulatory flows.

You will step into an ongoing effort where continuity is crucial. The role involves independently taking over tasks, driving cases forward, and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.

The focus is on:

• 🚿 Ensuring progress in the digital water meter project

• 📩 Managing and responding to cases in Ledningskollen

• 📊 Performing ongoing reporting according to internal and external requirements

• 🛢️ Processing cases and supervision related to grease separators

• 🤝 Coordinating issues related to customer service

• 🏗️ Administering and processing applications for construction water

• 📝 Preparing and responding to consultations within the water and wastewater sector

• 📂 Ensuring clear documentation and structured handover

• At least 2-3 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater operations or a similar technical/administrative environment

• Previous experience in case management and reporting within the public sector

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience with projects related to digital water meters

• Familiarity with supervision processes related to grease separators

• Experience in customer service or coordination work

• Experience in processing construction water

• Experience with regulatory consultations
